Estamos renovando todas las pantallas interactivas de los salones del colegio. Ya que la capacidad de adaptar las estrategias de enseñanza, con la adición de una pantalla táctil, mejora significativamente las experiencias de aprendizaje de los estudiantes.

As part of their IGCSE Global Perspectives team project, a group of S4 students decided to undertake an IC recycling scheme. What started off as a simple idea has grown into a whole school project. We want to thank the S6 students who contributed to the project as part of IB CAS.

International College realizó una alianza con la Universidad UCEMA de Argentina para ofrecer propuestas de formación ejecutiva que se dictarán en formato blended, es decir, modalidad virtual y presencial en International College, Punta del Este.

Las casas de estudios se unieron para promover formación ejecutiva en temas de negocios, finanzas, agro, aspectos soft y técnicos para el manejo de empresas y mercados financieros.

Our S1, 2 and S3 students participated in an Inter-House Competition. Each class was divided into the three Houses: Minotaur, Griffin and Phoenix.

As part of book month, we kindly invite our community to share with their reading preferences by making a short video on a book they like. The goal is to promote reading and highlight the importance of this habit in all its different forms.

International College hosted its 1st ICMUN Conference on Saturday 23 November 2019, with the topic ‘Intervening in a Polarised World’. It received delegations from nine schools from Montevideo, with a total of 180 participants.

During the second term, Kinder, Primary and Secondary students organize their own Science Fair. They present the topics worked on during their Sciences and Mathematics classes and personal research through the use of posters, digital and oral presentations, experiments and models. These are additional instances where teamwork and creativity, as well as oral and written skills are fostered.

Arts Expo is an exhibition of the year’s artwork by students in Kinder, Primary and Secondary.

Several olympics take place annually in Uruguay, such as the Uruguayan Chemistry Olympics which has been organized by the College of Chemistry since 2009.
